BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under a large-scale public health program and project management effort. The Program Manager will have overall responsibility for successful execution of the Task Order, providing leadership across program evaluation, public health analysis, organizational performance, strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and training activities.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary contractor point of contact for CDC leadership and the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring that work is delivered on schedule, meets quality standards, and remains aligned with CDC priorities and mission objectives.

The position will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30+ professionals and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent workstreams. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a complex federal public health environment and working with senior Government stakeholders, technical experts, program managers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program and task order leadership for a multidisciplinary CDC support team
  • Serve as the primary contractor interface with the CDC COR, program leadership, Government stakeholders, and other partners
  • Develop, maintain, and execute integrated work plans, schedules, milestones, staffing plans, and performance objectives
  • Direct and coordinate activities across public health program support, evaluation, organizational analysis, strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and training workstreams
  • Ensure contractor personnel possess the appropriate qualifications, training, and expertise before assignment to the effort
  • Manage staffing, resource allocation, workload distribution, and surge requirements across multiple concurrent projects
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet Government requirements and expectations
  • Monitor program performance, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and develop mitigation strategies as required
  • Lead regular program status meetings and facilitate communication among CDC stakeholders and contractor personnel
  • Prepare and oversee monthly status reports, project updates, briefings, presentations, and other required deliverables
  • Coordinate development of task-level work plans, project timelines, deliverables, and performance measures
  • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness, efficiency, processes, and customer outcomes
  • Provide senior-level advice and recommendations to CDC leadership based on program performance, organizational analysis, and stakeholder feedback
  • Facilitate senior leadership meetings, working groups, planning sessions, and project reviews
  • Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, staffing, or technical performance
  • Coordinate contractor compliance with applicable HHS/CDC security, privacy, information management, and training requirements
  • Foster a collaborative environment across diverse technical and functional disciplines
  • Support emerging CDC priorities and high-visibility initiatives as required
  • Ensure all work products are accurate, professional, scientifically sound, and responsive to CDC requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business administration, management, social sciences, or a related field
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience managing complex programs, projects, or professional services engagements
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting Federal Government or public health programs
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements
  • Experience developing and managing integrated work plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and performance measures
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with senior Government or public-sector stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of program management principles, organizational performance, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve issues, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a complex environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • master's degree in public health, health administration, public policy, business administration, or related field
  • Experience supporting CDC, HHS, NIH, FDA, CMS, HRSA, or other Federal public health organizations
  • Experience managing CDC or HHS contracts, task orders, cooperative agreements, or other Federal programs
  • PMP, PgMP, or comparable program/project management certification
  • Experience with public health program evaluation and performance measurement
  • Experience with organizational assessment, change management, or process improvement
  • Experience facilitating senior executive meetings and cross-functional working groups
  • Familiarity with Federal public health policies, programs, and operating environments
  • Experience managing large professional services teams in a matrixed environment
