At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid QA Automation to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Mid QA Automation, you will play a critical role in enhancing our automated testing processes. Your expertise will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software across various platforms. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive the implementation of test automation strategies that align with CI&T's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Implement: Actively participate in the planning, designing, documentation, and implementation of automated end-to-end test scenarios across API, web, mobile, SAP, and database layers.
• Analyze and Enhance: Execute automated tests through CI/CD pipelines and analyze results to identify failures, reduce flakiness, and suggest improvements.
• Craft Robust Solutions: Develop and maintain automation scripts and keyword libraries in Python and Robot Framework, ensuring reusability and maintainability.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product squads to map new test scenarios from user stories and contribute to continuously raising the quality bar across the platform.
• Streamline QA Processes: Leverage Azure DevOps Pipelines and QA tooling to keep test execution fast, reliable, and integrated into the development workflow.
• Embrace Diverse Challenges: Take on a variety of responsibilities that align with your main duties, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Robot Framework, Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar — and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Python Knowledge: Ability to write clean, maintainable Python code for test scripts, data generators, and utilities.
• Testing Background: Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, and/or mobile apps, with a basic understanding of the testing pyramid.
• Analytical Mindset: Good problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to product quality.
• Collaborative Spirit: Communicative and team-oriented, comfortable with code reviews and async collaboration.
• Passion for Learning: A self-motivated individual eager to grow in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of web applications, REST APIs, and mobile app testing.
• English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
