Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Develop scalable APIs and services for AI-driven workflows
- Create intuitive, high-performance UIs for developer tools
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI models into product experiences
- Own projects end-to-end from concept through deployment and iteration
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability across the stack
- Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-6 years building full-stack applications in production
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern web practices
- Backend: Node.js (or similar), APIs, distributed systems
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containers, CI/CD, observability
- Strong testing, code quality, and version control fundamentals
- Product mindset: user experience, rapid iteration, pragmatic decisions
- AI dev-tools fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and related models
Nice to Have
- Experience building developer tools or code-centric systems
- Familiarity with LLMs or AI in product workflows
- Experience with real-time systems, collaboration tools, or rich editors
- Open source contributions or active participation in technical communities
