Location: National (East Region Focus)
CrossCountry Consulting's Technology Enablement practice is quickly growing, and we are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our Coupa team. The Business Development Executive position will be responsible for identifying, generating, and closing new business opportunities for our Coupa practice within the Enterprise market, East region. The primary role of this position will be to generate new project opportunities by leveraging existing Coupa partnerships, networking, identifying target clients, meeting with clients, and working with our delivery teams to sell CrossCountry services. Expansion and development of opportunities with existing CrossCountry client relationships is also within the scope of the role.

- Extensive professional network in the Coupa market, focused on large enterprise clients in the East region
- Experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or Business Spend Management strongly preferred
- Coupa certification a plus
- Demonstrated ability to expand client accounts and identify and penetrate new accounts
- Demonstrated success in selling professional services, networking, and generating new business
- High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
- Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
- Proficiency in Salesforce a plus
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Sales, Business Development, Computer Science, Finance, or other related discipline
- Great sense of humor required!
