Senior AI Creative Automation Lead

We acquire iconic brands and transform them with Genesis, our operating platform combining a Data Fabric, Automation Engine, proprietary tools, and shared services to modernize operations, elevate customer experience, and expand margins. About the Role
CSC Generation is building AI-native creative production as a core capability across its portfolio of 13 brands. As Senior AI Creative Automation Lead, you will build the workflows, personally generate production-grade assets, and establish the operating system for creative automation that growth teams rely on across paid, ecommerce, and brand channels.
Success in the first 6–12 months means shipping photoreal, commercially usable AI creative into live business environments, standing up repeatable variant-generation and testing workflows, and measurably increasing creative throughput without sacrificing quality or learning velocity.
This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.

Interview Process
- Recruiter Screen - A 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team to align on the role, your background, and what you are looking for.
- Hiring Manager Interview - Discussion with the Chief Growth Officer focused on quality bar, systems thinking, and operating style.
- Portfolio Review - Walkthrough of shipped work, workflows, and before/after examples demonstrating creative taste and systems thinking.
- Practical Exercise - Live or take-home exercise involving asset generation, workflow design, and testing-system thinking.
- In-Person Interview - We'd like to meet you at our Austin or Toronto office. Details and logistics will be arranged with your recruiter.
- Reference Checks - Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible.
