Technical Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to support our healthcare services industry clients. This role requires a strong blend of product management, business analysis, and technical delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with engineering, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
The Technical Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer for the Agile delivery team and is responsible for ensuring product priorities align with business objectives, technical feasibility, and measurable outcomes. This individual will partner closely with engineering teams, architects, and client stakeholders to drive product delivery from discovery through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization of the highest-value initiatives aligned with business goals and technical dependencies.
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, release, and adoption.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to define scalable solution designs, integration requirements, API dependencies, data flows, and system impacts.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and release readiness activities.
Develop KPIs, success metrics, and business analytics to measure product adoption, performance, and ROI.
Continuously gather stakeholder and customer feedback to improve product capabilities and delivery outcomes.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while helping guide product decisions and delivery execution.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, data analytics, engineering, or a related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles supporting technical product delivery.
Experience working in healthcare services, healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, or regulated enterprise environments preferred.
Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle, system integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise application architecture.
Experience working with engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product and technical requirements.
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and iterative product delivery methodologies.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Product Manager certification or equivalent product management training
Work Environment
Remote work from home.
Hours of work are generally Monday through Friday. Specific business hours will depend on client needs.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
The person in this position must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, library stacks, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with clients and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
