Role Title: Executive Assistant

Location: South Africa (Fully remote)

Type: Contractor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (UK hours)

Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and capable Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing group of businesses in the property and finance space. This is a high-trust, fast-paced role working directly with the founder across multiple brands, events, content creation, and daily operations.

This role is for someone looking to go beyond a traditional EA position and grow alongside a rapidly scaling business. The ideal candidate will bring structure, efficiency, and calm to a busy environment, playing a key role in keeping everything moving.

Businesses Involved:

  • Specialist mortgage brokerage for property investors and developers.
  • Residential mortgage and protection solutions.
  • Education and training platform for mortgage brokers.
  • Premium community and events platform for women in property and finance.
  • Networking and events brand focused on high-level international events.
  • Personal brand platform sharing business insights, content creation, and partnerships.
  • Managing multiple inboxes (10+), drafting emails, and flagging urgent matters.
  • Diary and personal support including scheduling meetings, events, and travel.
  • Planning and coordinating events across multiple brands.
  • Operations and administration: onboarding clients/members/partners, system improvement.
  • Finance and payments: tracking invoices, expenses, basic bookkeeping.
  • Content & brand support (optional): social media scheduling, content planning, community engagement.
  • Presentation & project support: creating presentations, business documents, supporting launches and campaigns.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume inboxes (10+).
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written communication, confident responding on behalf of the business.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, able to make decisions independently.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and tasks.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Sense of humour for a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Tools & Experience:

  • Bookkeeping, invoices, and financial tracking software.
  • Graphic design and presentation tools.
  • Email campaign and audience management platforms.
  • Task/project management tools (Trello or similar).
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office: documents, spreadsheets, calendar management.
