Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the AI audit event pipeline (ingestion, schema, storage, retention, export).
- Integrate access controls for AI Governance features into GitLab's authorization model.
- Develop backend for AI agent artifacts: store and retrieve run metadata.
- Build MCP registry services: tool metadata and enforcement controls.
- Design and optimize data models/queries for high-write systems (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
- Write and maintain RSpec and integration tests; improve test reliability.
