For Employers & Employees We offer live zoom-based classes nationwide + in-person classes in NYC. Our corporate programs also include wellness education and one-on-one coaching, empowering your team with the knowledge to become the best version of themselves. For Individuals and Families We design and deliver personalized one-on-one wellness and fitness plans based on the modalities and schedule that best meets your goals. Classes are offered by live via Zoom nationwide and in-person in NYC, the Hamptons, Fairfield County, Miami, Palm Beach and Los Angeles. For Older Adults & Caregivers Our live (via Zoom), low cost, and engaging classes help your residents stay active and bring structure, connection, and vitality to every day. And with 10 classes offered each week, you are able to find the perfect fit for each IL, AL, and MC resident.
