Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Montana. In this role, you will meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions, help them work through mental health concerns, and support them as they build practical tools for daily life. Your work may include helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, grief, or major life changes. This position is designed for an LCSW who wants steady weekday hours, meaningful clinical work, and the flexibility of a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Support clients with mental health, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Montana LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
