A remote telehealth team is hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). As part of this role, you’ll support clients through assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, and ongoing progress tracking. Your work will help clients move forward with steady, practical support.

Position: Full-Time
Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Assess client needs and create individualized plans
• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support
• Document progress notes and treatment updates
• Recognize risk concerns and follow proper protocols
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active West Virginia LICSW license
• Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
