We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote role. This position is best suited for a clinician who wants to provide direct mental health care in a simple, structured telehealth setting.

You’ll work with clients dealing with concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The role includes therapy sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and clear documentation.

Position: Full-Time
Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy through telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and evaluations
• Build treatment plans based on client needs
• Keep records accurate and up to date
• Review progress and adjust treatment when needed
• Follow privacy, licensing, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active West Virginia LICSW license
• Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
