Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote care for clients who need support with family dynamics, marital concerns, parenting challenges, stress, and emotional health. The LMFT will use clinical skills to guide sessions, identify patterns, and help clients create healthier ways of relating and communicating.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Build treatment plans based on client goals and presenting concerns
• Track progress and update care plans as needed
• Maintain detailed clinical records in a timely manner
• Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to client needs

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
