Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Remote Position

Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an LMFT to provide virtual therapy services to clients seeking help with relationship patterns, family conflict, communication issues, and emotional stress. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who values structured care, clear documentation, and practical support that helps clients make progress over time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote therapy sessions through telehealth
• Support clients with relational, emotional, and family-based concerns
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and required clinical records
• Evaluate client needs and adjust clinical interventions when needed

Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in West Virginia
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
