Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote care for clients across Hawaii. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families understand patterns, work through conflict, and build healthier ways to communicate and respond to life’s challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Support clients with communication, coping strategies, and relationship concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and telehealth care standards

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
