Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth role supporting clients with relationship concerns, family stress, emotional health needs, and life transitions. You’ll provide structured therapy sessions that help clients make practical progress from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure video therapy sessions
• Provide care for individuals, couples, and families
• Create goal-oriented treatment plans
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation
• Help clients strengthen communication and coping skills
• Coordinate care when appropriate

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
