Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re looking for an LMFT to deliver virtual therapy to clients who need support with marriage, family, parenting, communication, stress, and personal challenges. This role centers on helping clients gain clarity, improve relationships, and apply practical tools in daily life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy through a secure telehealth platform
• Assess client needs and determine treatment direction
• Provide counseling for family, marital, and individual concerns
• Complete and maintain clinical records
• Track outcomes and update care plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
