Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re adding a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide consistent telehealth services for individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you’ll guide clients through relational and emotional concerns while creating treatment plans that support realistic, measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions through secure platforms
• Support clients with family, relationship, and emotional concerns
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Help clients identify patterns and improve responses
• Follow all privacy, licensing, and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
