As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and aligned with strategy.

πŸ” Campaign QA & Execution

βœ” Conduct end-to-end QA on email templates, flows, popups, and SMS campaigns
βœ” Ensure consistency across branding, copy, targeting, and product alignment
βœ” Validate all technical setups before launch (audience targeting, triggers, deliverability)
βœ” Review campaigns across copy, code, and creative assets

βš™οΈ Campaign Operations

βœ” Prepare and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, promotions)
βœ” Schedule and deploy campaigns using ESP/CRM tools
βœ” Monitor workflows and ensure campaigns align with strategy

πŸ“‹ Project Management & Documentation

βœ” Maintain campaign documentation: tickets, calendars, campaign overviews
βœ” Update JIRA (or similar tools) and track campaign progress
βœ” Join daily syncs to review workload and priorities
βœ” Flag SLA risks, QA issues, and recurring errors to the team
βœ” Identify gaps and continuously improve QA processes

🀝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

βœ” Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams

βœ… Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience using project management tools (Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.)

  • Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, and Google Workspace

  • Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling multi-channel digital campaigns

  • 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform

  • 1+ year of CRM QA experience (Braze is a strong plus)

  • Basic Google Sheets skills

  • Basic HTML knowledge
