We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with a strong creative eye and understanding of direct-response and performance-driven content. This role involves editing marketing videos for digital campaigns, including talking-head, UGC-style, and overlay content. The ideal candidate has refined taste, excellent design judgment, and can produce content that meets a high creative standard.

Core Tasks:

Deliver excellent, original, and unique brand final video assets to multiple projects while maintaining project management to meet critical deadlines
Edit creative and engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Compile and condense user-generated assets into engaging video content
Receive and implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients
Thoroughly review completed work for technical and quality errors and ensure that all outputs are aligned with specified brand and legal guidelines

Must-haves:

Proven experience as a dedicated video editor with experience in paid social video editing/design in the DTC/ecomm space
Has a creative mind → can visualize a video flow for a high performing ad with everything from the hook to body to CTA
Proficiency with Adobe tools and Capcut
With experience making ad creatives (both static, gifs, and video)
Strong creative taste and understanding of visual storytelling and ad performance principles
Experience editing talking-head or UGC-style videos for digital ads
Exceptional attention to detail and ensures no visual or text errors make it through
Ability to handle feedback professionally and implement fast revisions
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience working in a task management platform (e.g. Asana, Monday) is strongly preferred
Highly collaborative; you possess the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders with a positive attitude and enthusiastic mindset
Familiarity with AI tools (for editing, transcription, or ideation) is a plus

Technical Requirements:

Windows: 32 GB RAM, a dedicated GPU with 8+ GB of VRAM or
Mac: M2 chip or beyond

Work Conditions:

Full-time remote work following the US business hours
Hubstaff time-tracker tool used for payroll and client assurance purposes

Salary Range: PHP 65,000 - 85,000 per month
$300 Sign On Bonus* upon completion of first 90 days with the client
