Role Overview
The Sr. People Technology Manager) is a senior role responsible for executing the People Technology roadmap in partnership with the Director, while driving governance, adoption, and ecosystem scalability across systems.
This role ensures that People Technology initiatives are not only delivered, but also effectively adopted, governed, and scaled across the organization. The individual will operate as a key bridge between strategy and execution, enabling the organization to evolve from a system-driven function to a truly integrated People Technology ecosystem.
The role requires strong capabilities in change management, system thinking, and cross-functional alignment, with a focus on driving innovation through AI, automation, and integrations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Execute the People Technology roadmap across strategic initiatives, including AI (Claude/MCP), automation (n8n), and system integrations (ADP, Netsuite, LMS platforms, etc.) Own change management and adoption for all major People Tech initiatives, including defining communication strategies, stakeholder enablement, and rollout plans Establish and drive governance frameworks across systems, including access controls, change management processes (CAB), and ITGC compliance Ensure Darwinbox remains the system of record while enabling a cohesive ecosystem across payroll, finance, and other enterprise systems Lead cross-system design thinking, ensuring alignment of data models, integrations, and reporting frameworks Partner with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, and IT to align on priorities and drive execution Provide leadership and oversight to the execution layer and support program delivery teams, ensuring alignment and removing bottlenecks Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience across the People Technology landscape What You’ll Bring:
10+ total years of experience in People Technology, HRIS, or Digital HR transformation roles Proven experience leading large-scale People Tech programs and system implementations Strong expertise in change management and driving adoption across global teams Deep understanding of HR systems ecosystem, including integrations and data architecture Experience working with payroll systems (ADP preferred) and enterprise integrations Strong governance mindset with familiarity in ITGC, audit, and compliance frameworks Exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate at a leadership level Equal Employment Opportunity Information The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
