Role Overview

The Technical Solutions Builder – Marketing AI works directly with customers to design and build technical solutions within our platform. This role combines solutions engineering, automation development, and client partnership. You will analyze marketing workflows, develop custom automations, and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client marketing and SEO workflows and identify automation opportunities

• Build custom automations, integrations, and data pipelines using Python and SQL

• Own complex technical support escalations from issue triage through solution delivery

• Collaborate with clients to refine workflows and drive adoption of AI-powered processes

• Contribute to internal tools, reusable automation templates, and implementation documentation

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with the ability to build automation workflows and integrations

• Experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Implementation Specialist, Solutions Consultant, or Marketing Technologist

• Knowledge of digital marketing workflows including SEO, content operations, or marketing automation

• Ability to work directly with clients to translate operational needs into technical solutions

• Prior remote work experience is required. Candidates must be fluent in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms, and should ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or Conductor

• Familiarity with AI content platforms, LLM tooling, or marketing AI solutions

• Startup or scale-up experience working across technical and operational roles
