Amazon Operations Specialist (Inventory, Listings & Account Operations)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Specialist to support the Brand Operations Manager in Seller Central operations, with a focus on inventory planning, listing optimization, account health management, and operational execution. This role will help drive organic growth through strong data-backed support across Amazon marketplaces.

• Strategic direction, final decision-making, and business ownership remain with the Brand Operations Manager
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years experience supporting Amazon Seller Central operations
• Strong background in listing optimization and keyword research
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking factors, and content optimization
• Experience in inventory planning and FBA operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of A+ Content optimization and conversion improvement strategies
• Familiarity with product launches and ranking support strategies
• Experience monitoring Buy Box, pricing, reviews, and reimbursement claims within Seller Central
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Planning
• Support the Brand Operations Manager in monitoring inventory levels to help maintain optimal weeks of cover and prevent stockouts or overstock
• Assist with replenishment planning based on sales velocity, seasonality, and forecast guidance from the Brand Operations Manager
• Monitor aged inventory and support actions to reduce long-term storage fees
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to help ensure timely inbound shipments
Listing Optimization & SEO (Helium 10 / Data Dive)
• Support listing optimization including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ content using Helium 10, Data Dive, and other keyword research tools
• Conduct keyword research based on search volume, ranking difficulty, and competitor gaps
• Assist with ASIN-level analysis to identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversion
• Support testing and refinement of listings to improve organic ranking, CTR, and CVR
• Help ensure keyword distribution across listings follows SEO best practices and avoids duplication
• Support creative requests, and A/B testing initiatives for listing content, images, and other conversion focused elements
• Monitor keyword ranking and search term performance and share findings with the Brand Operations Manager
Seller Central Operations
• Support day-to-day Seller Central operations including listings, inventory, and account monitoring
• Help resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues
• Handle and escalate Seller Central cases for operational and compliance-related issues as needed
• Monitor Buy Box status and external pricing to identify issues that may affect sales performance or Buy Box ownership
• Monitor customer reviews and ratings and flag recurring feedback themes that may require action
FBA Management & Reimbursements
• Support audits of FBA shipments, fees, and discrepancies
• File and track Amazon reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing inventory
• Monitor inbound shipments and help investigate receiving issues
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Support analysis of ASIN-level performance including sales trends, sessions, conversion rate, contribution margin, and inventory flow
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify performance gaps and opportunities
• Provide actionable operational insights to support listing and inventory performance
Market & Competitive Analysis
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and keyword strategies using tools like Helium 10 and Keepa
• Track Best Seller Rank and category trends
• Identify market gaps and share recommendations with the Brand Operations Manager to improve listing positioning
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Brand Operations Manager, marketing, creative, and supply chain teams
• Support product launches, listing updates, and international expansion efforts
• Coordinate with design teams for A+ content and image optimization needs
