About the role
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and drive hiring across the Americas (North America & LATAM). This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with business leaders to shape their teams and make sure we're bringing in the right people to fuel our continued growth.
You'll own the full hiring lifecycle for our Commercial functions - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support - managing everything from high-volume SDR pipelines through to senior leadership hires.
You'll report into our Head of Talent Acquisition, who's based in Europe, so there will naturally be a time zone gap to navigate. That means you'll need to be genuinely comfortable operating independently - making decisions, moving fast, and not waiting around for sign-off on everything. You'll be the expert in your region, and we'll trust you to act like it.
A heads up before you apply
We're a ~300-person scale-up, and we move fast. We don't have the layers of process, specialist support functions, or structured playbooks you'd find at a large enterprise. If you're used to having a team around you to lean on, a fully built-out tech stack handed to you, or a clear set of rules for every situation - this probably isn't the right fit.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Act as a true talent advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers across the Americas. You'll consult on everything from role design and market mapping to sourcing strategies and closing candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end process for Commercial roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support - from first brief to offer accepted - making sure both candidates and hiring teams have a great experience along the way.
Process Evolution: Spot what's not working and fix it. You'll have the autonomy to identify gaps, propose changes, and actually implement them - not just flag them to someone else.
Direct Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Don't just post and pray. Build proactive sourcing strategies to find and engage great passive talent across go-to-market functions - whether that's a high-volume SDR pipeline or a senior enterprise sales leader - so we're never starting from scratch.
Data-Driven Hiring: Use data to tell the story, hold yourself accountable, and help hiring managers understand what good looks like.
Championing Best Practices: Keep the bar high, and help us continuously raise the standard for how Hostaway recruits.
