Senior Business Development Representative
Howspace is a SaaS company with a Learning & Enablement platform, helping organizations run impactful learning and enablement initiatives. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to convert intent and engagement into qualified opportunities. Reporting to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will have a high-impact role in driving pipeline and revenue growth in our key European markets.

What will this role have ownership of?
Identifying and engaging potential customers within target ICP segments
Conducting personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
Creating tailored messaging rooted in Howspace’s positioning
Translating buyer interest into qualified sales opportunities
Partnering with AEs to ensure smooth handovers and join discovery calls
Documenting all prospect interactions and insights accurately in HubSpot
Refining outreach tactics and contributing to outbound experiments
