Howspace is a SaaS company with a Learning & Enablement platform, helping organizations run impactful learning and enablement initiatives. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to convert intent and engagement into qualified opportunities. Reporting to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will have a high-impact role in driving pipeline and revenue growth in our key European markets.

What will this role have ownership of?

  • Identifying and engaging potential customers within target ICP segments

  • Conducting personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls

  • Creating tailored messaging rooted in Howspace’s positioning

  • Translating buyer interest into qualified sales opportunities

  • Partnering with AEs to ensure smooth handovers and join discovery calls

  • Documenting all prospect interactions and insights accurately in HubSpot

  • Refining outreach tactics and contributing to outbound experiments
