Instructional Designer (Mid/Senior)

We are seeking Instructional Designers at the mid- and senior-levels to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality learning experiences and developing modern courses and training content, using AI-powered tools. We are seeking experienced, self-driven professionals who value quality, enjoy working in a project-based environment, and feel comfortable collaborating closely with client-side stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze source materials and learner needs to define learning objectives and content strategies.

• Design engaging, well-structured courses and interactive lessons based on instructional design principles.

• Edit, simplify, and structure content to ensure clarity, conciseness, and alignment with learning outcomes.

• Review and quality-check draft and final learning materials.

• Apply and promote best practices in instructional and learning design.

• Collaborate with content authors, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Manage learning projects end-to-end, often handling multiple initiatives in parallel.

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Professional experience at the mid or senior level in instructional design, learning design, education, course development, or training programs.

• Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Sana AI, or similar).

• Practical skills in prompt engineering.

• Experience delivering learning or content-driven projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Experience with learning needs analysis and translating insights into effective learning solutions.

• High attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
