⭐ The Opportunity
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting new customers from onboarding through to successful product launch. You’ll collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and customer support remains proactive, responsive, and effective.
You’ll act as the key connection point between teams — coordinating activities, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support customers in using the company’s learning platform
Conduct 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions
Set up and manage project plans using established templates
Proactively follow up on project progress and deadlines
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
Respond to customer requests via email
Identify and report bugs
Provide product feedback and recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve challenges efficiently
✅ What We’re Looking For
2+ years of project management, customer support, or client-facing experience
Native-level fluency in English and strong Arabic language skills
Excellent communication and expectation management abilities
Strong meeting facilitation skills
Critical and creative problem-solving mindset
Growth mindset with a coaching-oriented approach
Ability to work with diverse topics and stakeholders
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Quick learner who can work independently after onboarding
