This role sits at the forefront of building and scaling AI-powered products that transform how staffing and recruiting organizations operate in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will define and execute product strategy for AI capabilities that drive automation, improve recruiter productivity, and enhance decision-making across complex workflows. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on product execution in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment. You will work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role where customer insight, rapid iteration, and product discovery directly shape the roadmap. You will also play a key role in aligning stakeholders, launching AI features, and continuously improving product performance based on real-world usage and feedback.


Accountabilities:

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market trends, and product performance signals.
  • Translate staffing and recruiting workflow challenges into AI-driven product opportunities focused on automation, orchestration, and decision support.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and architecture teams to design, develop, and launch AI-powered features with clear success metrics.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand real-world workflows and convert insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Lead rapid iteration cycles, validating assumptions through experimentation and refining products based on user behavior and feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, support, and professional services teams.
  • Monitor product health, AI performance metrics, adoption, and customer engagement to continuously inform roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with product marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for AI capabilities.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to product innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Product Management within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
    • Strong interest and practical understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems.
    • Experience working on technically complex products and collaborating closely with engineering and data teams.
    • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define scalable product approaches from scratch.
    • Strong customer discovery skills with the ability to translate qualitative insights into prioritized product requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
    • Strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and ability to define measurable outcomes and success metrics.
    • Experience in staffing or recruiting technology is a plus.
