This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, technical program leadership, and product development enablement, focused on accelerating how teams learn and make decisions across the organization. You will lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-enabled internal tools that embed research insights directly into product workflows. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will define the roadmap, structure complex technical programs, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong technical fluency, product thinking, and the ability to build scalable internal systems in ambiguous environments. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, and research stakeholders to ensure tools are adopted, measurable, and durable. This is a high-impact position where your work directly improves decision-making speed, product quality, and organizational learning.


Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered product development acceleration tools that improve decision-making across product, design, and business teams.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured technical programs with defined milestones, success metrics, risks, and dependencies.
  • Architect, build, and iterate AI-native internal tools using modern AI frameworks and environments, without dedicated engineering headcount.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across research, product, engineering, and design teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Define success metrics such as adoption, reliability, and learning impact, and continuously iterate based on data insights.
  • Lead integration of AI-enabled tools into existing operational workflows such as planning, documentation, and product reviews.
  • Ensure scalability, usability, and responsible AI practices are embedded in all technical solutions.
  • Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, engineering, or similar technical leadership roles.
    • Proven experience building internal tools, platforms, or systems that support product or business decision-making.
    • Strong technical fluency in applied AI, system design, and modern AI development environments (e.g., Claude Code, Replit, or similar).
    • Demonstrated ability to independently design and deliver complex, cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments.
    • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving execution without formal authority across multiple teams.
    • Strong product, program, and technical mindset with the ability to move fluidly across disciplines.
    • Data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and adoption signals to guide iteration and improvement.
    • Strong understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and system reliability principles.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business impact.
