You will play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring successful deployment of accounting and tax solutions, and enabling users through structured training programs. The position blends fieldwork, consulting, and technical support, requiring strong communication skills and solid understanding of fiscal and accounting routines. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of systems and continuous improvement of processes. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation, training, and ongoing support of fiscal and accounting solutions for clients.

  • Plan and execute implementation projects for accounting and tax solutions for new clients.
  • Diagnose training needs and develop educational materials and structured learning programs.
  • Deliver in-person and remote training sessions for clients and internal users.
  • Provide post-implementation technical support to ensure adoption and customer success.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve solution quality and user experience.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports on implementation and training activities.
  • Stay updated on fiscal and accounting legislation changes impacting system usage and compliance.
  • Requirements

    You bring experience in accounting environments and strong knowledge of fiscal routines, combined with a customer-focused and analytical mindset.

    • Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
    • Experience working in accounting offices or with accounting/fiscal systems.
    • Knowledge of payroll calculations, eSocial, and related HR/fiscal processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
    • Ability to travel and availability for field/client visits.
    • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
    • Residency in Rio de Janeiro is required.
    • Knowledge of Domínio System, fiscal/accounting processes, or English is a plus.
