Territory Sales Officer

Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales targets through effective personal selling, market visits, and strong execution of distribution strategies.
- Manage distributor operations, including front-end and back-end infrastructure, to ensure smooth business performance.
- Analyze MIS reports and sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and actions to improve territory execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and trade partners to increase business opportunities.
- Support distributor teams by providing guidance, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to strengthen market visibility and drive sales results.
- Monitor distributor and sales team performance while identifying infrastructure or operational improvements.
- Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Improve customer service standards and strengthen market positioning within the assigned geography.
- Minimum full-time graduation degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales or a similar territory sales role.
- Strong experience managing distributor networks and retail sales operations.
- Good understanding of ROI calculations, sales planning, and distribution management.
- Experience with distributor appointment processes and sales execution strategies.
- Ability to conduct and manage promotional activities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and work independently in a field-based role.
