Treasury Manager

Accountabilities:

As a Treasury Manager, you will oversee treasury strategy and operations, ensuring strong liquidity management, effective risk control, and scalable financial processes that support global growth.

• Manage global cash management activities and liquidity planning.
• Develop short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support financial decision-making.
• Build and maintain banking relationships while optimizing banking structures and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX) exposure and liquidity risks.
• Oversee payment processes, treasury controls, and operational accuracy.
• Lead treasury reporting activities and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
• Develop and improve working capital strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Support fundraising activities and investor reporting when required.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and applicable regulations.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to increase treasury efficiency.
• Partner with finance and business teams to improve financial visibility and scalability.

Requirements:

We are looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional with strong treasury expertise, experience managing complex financial operations, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment.

• Proven experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting.
• Experience managing banking relationships and multi-currency financial environments.
• Understanding of financial risk management, including FX and liquidity risk.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Experience working with ERP systems and treasury management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
