UX Front-End Developer

Accountabilities

As a UX Front-End Developer, you will contribute to the evolution of enterprise applications by implementing user-focused improvements while ensuring technical quality and consistency.

• Implement user interface updates across existing enterprise web applications.
• Apply new stylesheets, layout enhancements, and screen redesigns while preserving existing functionality.
• Modernize application screens as part of broader UX improvement initiatives.
• Work with established frontend technologies to deliver consistent experiences across different application modules.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to validate UI changes and address usability challenges.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve interface design, usability, and overall application performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend developer with strong technical skills and a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.

• 5+ years of professional experience developing frontend web applications.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience enhancing and modernizing existing applications rather than only creating new interfaces.
• Ability to implement UX improvements while maintaining technical stability and application performance.
• Strong understanding of frontend development best practices, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
