VP, Head, Priority Transformation
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Head, Priority Transformation based in the United States.
This is a senior enterprise transformation leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the most critical, high-priority transformation agenda across a large, complex organization. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and organizational change, turning enterprise vision into measurable execution at scale. You will lead end-to-end transformation programs, including AI-enabled and workflow redesign initiatives, ensuring alignment across business units and enabling functions. The role requires building a robust transformation delivery engine from the ground up, including governance, PMO structures, and cross-functional orchestration capabilities. You will drive execution discipline, value realization, and adoption across priority programs that directly impact enterprise performance. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring both strategic thinking and strong operational delivery in a matrixed, regulated environment.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes through structured execution and strong governance.
- Lead the design, execution, and scaling of US-priority transformation programs, including AI-enabled and “reimagining work” initiatives.
- Build and operate a centralized transformation PMO, establishing governance frameworks, reporting standards, risk management processes, and executive visibility.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technology, data, and enabling teams to ensure integrated workflow transformation and delivery consistency.
- Lead operating model redesign and enterprise workflow optimization, embedding digital, automation, and AI capabilities into core processes.
- Oversee transformation portfolio management, including prioritization, dependency mapping, sequencing, and conflict resolution across initiatives.
- Ensure value realization through disciplined tracking of outcomes, adoption metrics, and sustained business impact.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure transformation execution aligns with enterprise strategy, Responsible AI principles, and platform capabilities.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing transformation organization focused on accountability, speed, and measurable impact.
- 12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, or large-scale business process change in complex organizations.
- Proven track record of translating strategic vision into executed, measurable enterprise outcomes.
- Experience building or leading transformation offices, PMOs, or equivalent governance and delivery structures.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, automation, and technology-enabled workflow redesign.
- Ability to connect strategy, operations, technology, people impact, and value realization into a unified transformation roadmap.
- Demonstrated experience working in matrixed, highly regulated environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior executives and drive accountability across teams.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and strong operational execution experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Competitive annual base salary range of $288,400 – $535,600 USD, based on experience and qualifications
