This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, US Industry Sales Leader based in United States.

This executive-level role is responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales across top-tier accounts in North America, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning hybrid cloud, networking, hardware, software, and services. You will own multi-year customer relationships and engage directly with C-level stakeholders to shape long-term technology and business strategies. Operating in a high-value, high-impact environment, you will orchestrate complex, multi-business-unit deals that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes. This position requires a strong blend of executive presence, commercial acumen, and technical understanding to translate customer challenges into enterprise-scale solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across sales, presales, partners, and delivery to ensure successful execution of transformational programs. With significant travel across the U.S., this role offers exposure to some of the most strategic enterprise accounts in the market and the opportunity to directly influence large-scale growth.


Accountabilities

Lead strategic account growth by developing and executing multi-year plans across major enterprise customers, aligning business objectives with end-to-end technology solutions; drive revenue expansion through new opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships.

  • Own strategic account planning and execution for high-value enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with financial and operational outcomes
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders across complex organizations
  • Lead orchestration of large, multi-solution deals across hardware, software, services, and partner ecosystems
  • Translate customer priorities into solution roadmaps focused on measurable business outcomes, ROI, and TCO
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business units, presales, partners, and delivery to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage governance, risk, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across complex transformation programs
  • Track and report account performance, ensuring transparency on value creation and revenue impact
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong ability to engage senior executives and close complex, multi-year deals. You combine strategic thinking with strong financial and business acumen, and you are comfortable leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in highly competitive environments.

    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic technology sales, including leadership of large account portfolios
    • Proven success closing complex, multi-million or multi-billion-dollar deals involving integrated solutions
    • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders
    • Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and networking solutions
    • Strong business acumen with ability to build ROI/TCO-driven value propositions
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced, target-driven environments with consistent overachievement of revenue goals
    • Experience with large-scale transformation programs and partner-driven sales ecosystems
