Web Product Manager

As a Web Product Manager, you will take ownership of a high-impact digital platform and transform it into a strategic growth engine that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and user experience, you will optimize the entire visitor journey—from discovery to conversion—while supporting a product-led growth strategy. Accountabilities:
- Own and continuously optimize the company website as a strategic revenue-generating product, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Drive organic growth through traditional SEO initiatives as well as emerging AI-driven search strategies, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site performance, Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, crawlability, and overall website health.
- Develop and execute keyword, content, and discovery strategies aligned with different stages of the customer journey.
- Optimize conversion funnels from website visitor to demo request and free trial signup, supporting broader product-led growth objectives.
- Lead experimentation efforts through A/B testing, landing page optimization, website personalization, and AI-powered engagement tools.
- Oversee website operations, including CMS management, publishing workflows, performance monitoring, accessibility compliance, and deployment coordination.
- Manage external web development resources, ensuring quality assurance, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, sales, design, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver impactful web experiences and campaign initiatives.
- Establish and monitor website KPIs, attribution models, conversion metrics, and full-funnel performance reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- 3–6 years of experience in web product management, growth product management, digital marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO and modern search strategies, including experience with AI-driven search ecosystems, GEO, AEO, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and web analytics tools.
- Proven ability to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and self-service user journeys within a product-led growth environment.
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and website optimization initiatives.
- Familiarity with website personalization tools, AI-powered engagement platforms, and digital experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to create detailed project briefs, collaborate effectively with developers, review technical deliverables, and perform quality assurance testing.
- Understanding of marketing automation platforms, lead capture processes, and lead routing workflows is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret attribution data, performance dashboards, and user behavior metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $103,000 to $129,963, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
