Webinar Marketing & Content Producer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Webinar Marketing & Content Producer based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, content production, and demand generation, with a core focus on turning webinars into high-performing, multi-channel content engines. You will own the full lifecycle of webinar campaigns—from setup and promotion to post-event conversion and evergreen content repurposing. The position blends technical marketing execution with strong storytelling, ensuring every webinar becomes a long-term asset that drives pipeline and engagement. You will work across tools like HubSpot, Webflow, and analytics platforms to optimize performance and scale impact. A key part of the role involves transforming live conversations into blogs, nurture sequences, and SEO-driven assets that compound over time. This is a highly hands-on position for someone who enjoys both building systems and producing content that directly influences growth.
Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of webinar programs, including registration setup, landing pages, email campaigns, and post-event workflows.
- Build and manage marketing operations infrastructure in HubSpot and Webflow, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless data flow.
- Design and execute email marketing programs including invites, reminders, follow-ups, and long-term nurture sequences.
- Transform webinar content into scalable assets such as blogs, on-demand pages, SEO content, and multi-channel marketing materials.
- Analyze performance data to optimize webinar attendance, engagement, and conversion into pipeline opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align webinar strategy with broader demand generation goals.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, workflows, and content performance using data-driven insights.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, content marketing, or a hybrid B2B SaaS marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (emails, workflows, lists, reporting) and Webflow (landing pages and site updates).
- Experience managing webinars end-to-end, including registration setup, attendee tracking, and on-demand conversion.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across email, landing pages, and long-form content.
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles, including keyword research and AI-search optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use LLM tools (e.g., Claude or equivalent) to enhance content production and workflow efficiency.
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning a full program with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: experience marketing to SMB operators, fitness professionals, or gym owners.
- Competitive compensation aligned with contractor or part-time senior marketing roles.
- Flexible, remote-first work environment within the United States.
- Opportunity to own and scale a high-impact webinar-driven growth channel.
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered marketing workflows and tools.
- Hands-on ownership across both strategy and execution in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Chance to directly influence demand generation and pipeline creation through content.
- Collaborative culture focused on experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
