Workday HCM Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday HCM Consultant based in India.

Accountabilities:

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday solutions, collaborating with clients, and supporting successful implementation projects. You will contribute to solution design, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Partner with clients to implement Workday Human Capital Management solutions tailored to their operational needs and objectives.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, develop prototypes, and perform testing activities to ensure successful Workday deployments.
• Configure and optimize HR processes and structures while enhancing the overall user experience and value delivered through Workday.
• Deliver solutions across multiple industries and support projects with increasing levels of complexity.
• Participate in internal training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve challenges and provide exceptional service.
• Support team development, guide consultants, and manage escalations when operating at a senior or leadership level.
• Contribute to project scoping and development of sales materials by leveraging Workday expertise when required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong Workday HCM expertise with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage complex projects in a collaborative environment.

• Workday HCM Certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for clients with varying levels of complexity.
• Minimum 1 year of experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, and testing Workday HCM functionalities.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday implementation methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate different perspectives and identify effective solutions.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Reliable internet connection with recommended bandwidth of 20 Mbps.
• Ability to work remotely with extended periods of computer-based work.
