Accountabilities:
The role focuses on providing high-quality Workday integration support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless post-production operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Workday Integration solutions and enhancements that align with client business requirements across multiple industries.
- Provide post-production support by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving Workday integration issues efficiently.
- Build, maintain, and debug Workday integration components, including Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio solutions.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of integration services.
- Manage multiple client requests, tickets, and priorities while maintaining service quality and meeting delivery expectations.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to team initiatives designed to improve processes, delivery standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of technical documentation, best practices, and reusable solutions.
- Guide junior consultants and support professional development activities when required.
- Assist with technical discussions, project scoping, and solution recommendations when supporting business development activities.
- Workday Integration Certification is required.
- 1+ years of experience supporting Workday integrations in a post-production environment, preferably within a consulting or partner organization.
- Strong experience developing and troubleshooting Workday integrations, including EIBs, Custom Reports, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, requests, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to evaluate different approaches.
- Experience working remotely with reliable internet connectivity (recommended bandwidth: 20 Mbps).
