This role provides the opportunity to support organizations in optimizing their Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions after implementation.

Accountabilities:
The Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant will provide functional expertise and ongoing support for Workday solutions, helping clients resolve issues, optimize configurations, and achieve their workforce management goals.
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence support across different industries and business environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions for client requests and tickets.
- Support configuration improvements and optimization efforts related to Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
- Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining strong service delivery, communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through proactive collaboration and clear communication.
- Participate in internal training sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to internal projects and process enhancements that improve team efficiency and service quality.
- Support mentoring, escalation management, and consultant development activities depending on experience level.
- Assist with solution scoping and preparation of sales-related materials when required for senior-level positions.
- Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification is required.
- 1+ years of experience providing Workday Time Tracking and Absence post-production support with a Workday partner is required.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence functionality, including Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
- Experience supporting global Time Tracking and Absence implementations is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to evaluate different perspectives and develop effective solutions.
