Help build and scale Vega, an AI-powered platform, across UI, APIs, and agent infrastructure for Observability and Feature Management.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack Vega features (UI, APIs, backend, agent)
- Own features end-to-end from prototype to production rollout
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers across teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Write well-tested, maintainable code with focus on quality and reliability
- Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative engineering culture
- Participate in on-call rotations and own production reliability
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with shipping production-quality full-stack features
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React on frontend and Go on backend
- Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features, agents, or AI-driven workflows
- Strong product instincts and user-focused design
- Collaborative and communicative; able to navigate ambiguity
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, feature flagging, or observability tooling
- Experience with usage-based product surfaces, experimentation platforms, or developer tooling
