The Wholesale Support Administrator performs a broad range of administrative and operational functions in support of the Wholesale Sales Team. This role is focused on enhancing efficiency, streamlining the partner approval process, and supporting the overall success of the Wholesale Sales Channel. The primary responsibility is to manage and administer key internal workflows for partner approval while delivering exceptional service to internal team members and external partners.
Primary Job Duties:
- Coordinate with the Approvals Department to facilitate the onboarding and approval of new partners.
- Review incoming partner application packages in Comergence for completeness and ensure compliance documentation is properly organized and maintained in accordance with Longbridge Financial policies and procedures.
- Enter and maintain the partner’s application data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare annual partner renewal applications in internal systems and submit them for Renewal Review Committee evaluation.
- Perform administrative functions within internal systems, including partner setup, user account maintenance, service contract administration, and related system updates.
- Maintain and update partner distribution lists to support timely communication and outreach.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners by assisting with document collection, application requirements, system access, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain tracking reports, logs, and performance metrics as required.
- Assist Partner Support Specialists with loan registration in the LOS system, and the review of new loan submission documentation.
- Provide support to the Wholesale Sales Team in activities related to partner relationship management and overall partner experience.
- Create, manage, and distribute partner communications in collaboration with Marketing.
- Update partner-facing forms, guides, and marketing materials as needed, and coordinate with Marketing to ensure the Partner Portal reflects current information and resources.
- Assist with special projects, operational initiatives, and other duties as assigned by management.
- 1–2 years of sales or mortgage industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and other mortgage-related technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.

- Target base salary range is 57-60K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
