Position: Electronics Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85–$93/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on electronics problems.
• Produce original problem sets grounded in circuit schematics, waveforms, and datasheet figures.
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Master's in EE/Electronics with 3+ years of circuit design or embedded systems experience, or Bachelor's degree in EE/Electronics with 5+ years of hands-on design, test, or verification experience.
• Working fluency in at least two of: analog circuits, digital logic, semiconductor devices, power electronics, or signal integrity.
• Comfortable reading schematics, timing diagrams, and device characterization plots.

Preferred

• Prior IC, PCB, or embedded systems shipping experience.
