Position: Medical and Health Services Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
• Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning. Provide expert feedback.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure alignment with healthcare management principles.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI system outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, or similar.
• Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, or public health agencies.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal

• Task-based payment upon first task approval. Transition to hourly pay after the first task.
