Position: Project Management Specialists
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance.
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions. Provide expert feedback.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles such as Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal

• Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
