Position: Personal Productivity / Life Admin Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$75/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop long-horizon life-admin tasks that mirror the work of a great EA or Chief of Staff.
• Build scenarios for inbox and commitments with email triage and commitment extraction.
• Design scheduling tasks with calendar operations against feasibility constraints.
• Create information organization scenarios with file/photo classification and project trackers.
• Ensure tasks have checkable answers with deterministic rubrics for grading agent performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar high-context support role.
• Expertise in Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman, Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote, iCloud, Google Photos.
• Comfortable with life-admin artifacts like triaged inboxes and commitment trackers.
• Clear written communication and ability to encode reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
