Position: Technical Expert - Software Engineering
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, security, and maintainability.
• Create high-quality programming prompts to test AI models on coding tasks.
• Evaluate model outputs in areas like algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
• Provide expert feedback on software architecture, databases, and APIs.
• Assess and improve cloud infrastructure and full-stack development capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong software engineering experience.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate code for correctness, efficiency, readability, security, and maintainability.
