Position: Software Engineering Documents
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Source high-quality, human-made software engineering documents.
• Review and provide feedback on PRD, architecture/RFC, API spec, design review, migration plan, incident postmortem, runbook/SOP, customer technical proposal, and release/change plan.
• Ensure documents include features like diagrams, code/config snippets, decision tables, ownership/status tables, and RFC-style hierarchy.
• Maintain authenticity with real-world professional work only; exclude synthetic documents and data.
• Guarantee visual quality with polished typography, consistent margins, and clear hierarchy suitable for external, executive, legal, or investor use.
• Ensure documents reflect substantial effort, plausibly representing 5-10+ hours of work.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Ability to create and share original material with legal rights.
• Ensure removal of all PII, confidential information, and sensitive material.
