Position: Videographer and Content Creator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $35/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality portrait photos and 10–15 second videos of real subjects following detailed guidelines for framing, lighting, motion, and audio.
• Edit multiple shots into a single polished clip per submission to ensure quality standards for resolution, lighting, composition, and sound.
• Produce diverse content across a range of locations, outfits, actions, and emotions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring content variety and quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience with cinematic style video production.
• Access to a prosumer or professional camera with at least 1080p capability; 4K preferred.
• Strong visual eye for high-quality social media content.
• Basic video editing skills for cohesive clip creation and light color grading.
• Clean audio capture with an external microphone recommended.
• Access to diverse subjects, locations, and wardrobes.
• Ability to follow detailed technical specs.

Compensation & Legal

• Per-submission compensation, equivalent to approximately $30 to $40/hour.
