Position Summary: Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is searching for a Reverse Mortgage System Administrator to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are detail oriented and willing to join a fast-paced, time sensitive and constantly changing environment.
The Reverse System Administrator, supports the administration of QuantumReverse (LOS) as well as supports the integration with other platforms. The role is responsible for updates and changes, as well as helping create reports and handling support issues as needed. The role is within Reverse Operations
This role serves as a central resource for internal employees across Sales, Operations, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and other departments. This role is responsible for receiving, researching, and resolving requests related to login and authentication issues, new user setup, and system administration, with a primary focus on supporting the QuantumReverse loan origination platform and associated mortgage systems.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills, reverse mortgage knowledge, technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities to ensure internal teams can efficiently originate and manage loans.
- Experience in reverse mortgage is a must.
- Experience working with loan origination systems, preferably QuantumReverse.
- Strong understanding of reverse mortgage origination processes and loan lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and mortgage technology platforms.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the QuantumReverse System Help Desk
- Manage Tier 1 & 2 support requests
- Troubleshooting user experience
- Document issues - escalate, as needed
- Evaluate Sales requests to reassign loans – requires systematic research
- Organize and tag all requests for tracking, trending and reporting
- Create and activate new users each week in QuantumReverse
- Update user information, as needed
- Strictly adhere to Roles and Responsibilities templates
- Deactivate users, as needed
- Read NMLS and State Licensing
- Add / Revoke in QuantumReverse, as needed
- Run periodic and scheduled reports
- Document processes and standard operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.
